I recommend all travellers get off I26 and visit this Orangeburg chestnut. Absolutely great food from the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese to the chunky chicken salad to the perfectly season chicken quesidilla. Joanne was the perfect waitress and knew the memu and history of Sr's, now Jr's, restaurant. 5 star food at 2 star prices. ”

The restaurant has been around for a while and could use some upgrades but the food is always fresh and flavorful. I would highly recommend the soups and the fried green tomatoes. The pork chops use to be my favorite but they have switched to small thin pork chops instead of the thicker cut choice that tastes way better. The seafood platter is always a hit. Definitely grab dessert if you have room for it. ”
